What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen, Legs And Nausea?

I have extreme lower debilitating abdominal pain on the right, middle and left side, burning, throbbing leg pain in calves and thighs and I m nauseous. I had an appendectomy on July 10 and pneumonia. I am 44 years old as of July 30th. The pain is 10 out of 10. I also have chronic lower back pain-several fusions, internal spinal stimulator, and internal pain pump. The pain is unbearable.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You seem to have an abdominal infection. Take pain killers like Advil and a PPI like Pantoprazole.

Take a soft diet, avoid junk, fatty, greasy, spicy meals, refrain from alcohol, tea, coffee. Take small frequent bland meals.

If the symptoms do not improve, consult your clinician. You might need an abdominal scan and a coarse of antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
