Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This can be acute gastroenteritis like infective condition. It's not related to pregnancy. If pregnancy is present then your menstruation will be delayed. For pregnancy confirmation, urine HCG card test is done.

Take Rabeprazole tablet for this condition. If needed antibiotic course can be given. Take yogurt in meal daily. Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty meals. USG abdomen, CBC investigation can be done as preliminary work-up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
