What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen While Sleeping?

I can have this attack/pain during the day or be woken from sleep. The pain is no intense I think it is a kidney stone (history of stones, Gallbladder gone, colonscopy clear), some times if I drink sprite, or coke, bump multiple time, vomit, the pain will finally stop. It has started feeling like a rubber band around my diaphragm.

ultrasound kub can be done and if calculi then consult urologist removal can be done in any method suggest.
