What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen?

Severe stomach pain, heat is helping, went to ER on first incidence, and they found nothing with blood work, ultrasound, etc. After morphine no help, but dilodid (?) pain killer : pain went away, with no gas release, bowel movement, etc. this is the second time, 6 weeks later. ?????

You are apparently having a colic. This could be gall stone colic, Colic due to urinary stones in the kidneys or ureter. Occasionally, intestinal colic could also be the cause, due to worm infestations, adhesion of previous surgeries. It would be best if you get an MRI of your abdomen to see for the exact cause and then get it treated.
