What Causes Severe Pain In The Ankles, Knees, Shoulders And Wrists?
My husband has been having sever pain in his ankles knees shoulder and wrists. he just got x-rays to check for arthritis and they said he has not but has soft tissue growth around this joints. he is still waiting to get in to talk in person to his dr. what could that be and what can he do to ease the pain?

I do not know what soft tissue growth is but if you give those proper reports to us some clue we can get to know what really has happened there.
For pain relief, you can take Diclofenac, Tramadol or Ibuprofen drug which is best. But kindly get those reports so that we can treat you better.
