What Causes Severe Pain In The Arm And Leg?

For about three months I have a discomfort on my upper leg. However, when I try to bend my leg, I get a very severe pain and Im not able to bend it. About three days ago, I developed the same kind of pain on my right arm which gets worse also with movement. However, the pain on my arm is constantly there, not as bad as when I move it.. What do you think might be wrong with me?

might be having rheumatism affecting hip and shoulder joint.can take nasids can gofor ra factor. apply analgesic ointment externally.
