What Causes Severe Pain In The Arm Muscles And Shoulders?
I have severe pain in my arm muscles and shoulders. I was diagnosis with fibermyalgia several years ago but recently have so many aches and pains , memory problems , bowel and stomach trouble that I wondered if that could cause all these health issues. I know I am 78 yrs. old and have lived with pain for years but it just can t be age.

Your symptoms seem to be related to fibromyalgia.
I recommend using muscle relaxant medication such as Baclofen.
If the pain consists you may use the anti-seizure medicine pregabalin (Lyrica).
It is a prescription medication, so you should consult your doctor.
Yoga, acupuncture, physical therapy ate used to relieve the pain.
