What Causes Severe Pain In The Body With Discoloration On The Arms?

i have been seriosly ill for a long time.i quit seeing doctors in2014; at stanford.i am currently with out a home . i started having painfull fingers and other parts of my body as well.i started to swell up in hands and feet first; that was a year ago. as of a month ago my whole arm started to turn black with purple whitesh circles but matnly my hand.the pain brings he to tears. they are both doing it now. they were peeling vey deep at first. but now they sweel uo then turn.
