What Causes Severe Pain In The Breast And Rib Cage?

Hi I have been to a lot of doctors and they can't find what's wrong with me. I have severe pain right below my right breast and I have constant right rib cage pain. I can't lay on my right side it causes pain on my right side if i do. I take Oxycodone 5mg and Morphine 15mg time release. Please Help
