What Causes Severe Pain In The Breasts?

Yes please, thank you. I breasts still really hurt and its over 48hours after I used 4 tablets of cytotec and another 4 4hours after the first. What could be wrong? Secondly, after using cytotec I bled heavily with large clots and some other stuff with severe abdominal cramp. This lasted for 5hours, since then its just been very light bleeding and I still feel crampy every now and then. What could be wrong pls? Thanks

Hi,

I would advise you to do a USG of breast and abdomen.
For pain you can apply Fentanyl patch locally.
For bleeding take Tranexamic acid group of drugs.
