What Causes Severe Pain In The Buttock?

I am a high school athlete and my lower right back/top of the butt hurts. It is a specific spot and hurts to the touch as well as when I am bending over, sitting down, squatting, or even walking. I have been having this pain for about one week but it started to improve until I squatted with weight a few hours ago. Now it feels the worse its ever felt.

take mri lumbosacral spine. take neurosurgeon for clinical examination finding of mri. take hard bed while sleeping. apply anal gesic ointment locally. take hifenac p tablet daily for ten days.consult orthopaedic surgeon and give propr history.
