I slipped and slid down 5 wet concrete steps and have a whopping great bruise on my right butt cheek. I can sit straight.. no problems.. but sleeping is a real pain... after the fall i could lay on that side ok.. but 5 days later it hurts to much to do so... do you think this is normal??? Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for writing to HealthCareMagic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

Yes it is normal if fractures have been ruled out then only strategy is icing, rest , pain killers and wait . This might take about 15-20 days to get a bit better depending upon the damage that happened and according to your description damage was massive.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.
