What Causes Severe Pain In The Buttocks, Fever And Dizziness?

I had a stuff neck one day but not bad the next day in the middle of day I started to get pain under my buttocks by the time I got home I lauded down freezing with a fever and horrible pain almost like cramps but also stabbing pain. My arms a little and my lower back (the lowest part) a lot of aching pain I ve been dizzy and just feel strange . It is painful to walk but I did take two naproxen and it helped a tiny but? What brought this on so quickly and what caused it?

it requeres local examination. there may be abscess buttock which can be diagnosed by palpation. apply worm compression.if further increases it can be incised and drained. take tab crocin to control fever. maintain hydration.take rest and give rest to the part
