What Causes Severe Pain In The Calf And Numbness On The Toes?

I ve developed in the past two days, severe pain in my upper calf muscle (like a charlie horse), numbness and tingling in my toes (when i point my foot), and i can t fully weight bare on the affected side. Homans sign is negative. Very active, 26 y/o female, only MH is vit b12/vit d deficiencies.
