What Causes Severe Pain In The Chest And Arm Along With Dizziness?

Hello, I am in need of help. Trying to figure out if I need to Go to the er. About 30 minutes ago my chest started hurting and right now I m having pain in my left arm. I also have horrible anxiety. I am very dizzy and can t focus. I m 24, female. What should I do?

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Though the chest pain , left arm pain need not be a heart problem every time...so don't be tense.. still the symptoms do demand a cardiac check up to exclude/ find heart involvement. You should go to ER & get checked.
Till then be relaxed.avoid physical / psychological exertion .
