What Causes Severe Pain In The Chest And Excessive Belching?
I have extreme pain in my chest and across my back...usually a result of garlic, however, I did not eat garlic last night. All day I have been suffering with these symptoms....excessive belching. I take Tagamet and tums to feel better, but this is unusual to have these symptoms all day. I worry that there might be something bigger going on. Thank you....
Hello dear I understand your concern Your symptoms could be due to acid reflux, heartburn Take following advises: Continue to take Tagamet tablet before the meal Syrup mucaine, before the meal Tablet Gas x Eat diet like banana, boiled rice, curd, butter milk, toast and applesauce. take small frequent meal rather than large meal Avoid spicy/oily/fatty food (garlic) If problem persists then consult the gastroenterologist for detailed investigations. Hope this may help you
