What Causes Severe Pain In The Chest On The Right Side?
Hi, I am experiencing a pain on my right chest under my breast that is emanating through me to my back. This is the second night it has happened to me, only on the first evening it started as a back pain and the pain moved forward to under my breast. The first evening I took two tylenol and used an ice pack and by morning the symptoms were gone. Tonight the pain seems a bit more severe and the same technique does not seem to be working.

The severe pain in the right upper abdomen and under the breast radiating over back should be suspicious of some gall bladder or liver issue.
This must be evaluated with an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis.
