General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to the myocardial infarction, gas/indigestion, panic attack.
I would suggest to consult the internal medicine specialist as early possible/In ER and undergo ECG, chest Xray, CK, CK MB, routine blood tests to rule out the above cause.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause.
Pain can be reduced by the analgesic.
Myocardial infarction is treated by streptokinase, aspirin, clopidogrel, statin and o2 inhalation in ER.
Gastric cause require pantoprazole and mucaine gel.
Hope this may help you
