on the right side of my chest i feel a stabbing pain it comes and goes. i recently tried to cut my toe nails and leaning foward i started feeling a muscle tighten up in my chest like a charlie horse i hurried up to cut one more toe nail then i strechted out i think it might be from that night this was about seven days ago i ve tried rubbing cream on it to relieve it but nothing is helping
