Hello there. I have read through your question and would like to tell you that pain in collar bone can be due to various reasons. Due to bad position during sleeping, soft tissue or ligament injury due to overuse or trauma are other reasons. You should get an X RAy done to rule out any bone injury. Meanwhile an arm sling can help to restrict movement and avoid pain. Apply cold compress and take a painkiller like aceclofenac for a few days. If still not relieved consult your surgeon for further investigation s. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
