Hi, I have had aching and painful feet for a couple of years now. zi have noticed that the feeling in my feet has starte to go and the other day I hit my toes on my bed feet and it hardly hurt. I seem to have lost a lot of my feeling. What can I do to increase the feeling back in my feet?
I wanted to know that for how long the sensation in your feet gone for? painful feet may be due to achilles tendinitis or strain on your foot due to heels.i dontthink you can damage your nerve by just hitting on the bed so don't worry .senstions will come back but still get Nerve conduction velocity done in case & follow up with ncv report.Wishing you happy recovery. Thanks to contact HCM
