General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

All your symptoms of pain just above elbow on pressure or on certain movements indicate the following:
Most probable cause is tendinitis.
Tennis Elbow can be a cause.
Fracture should be ruled out.
Consult an Orthopedic Surgeon for proper clinical evaluation, examination and necessary investigations.
Get treated as per the cause found.
As a general principal of such problems stop any movement that causes pain to reduce inflammation.
Put the forearm in a sling for rest.
Anti-inflammatory medications will help for reducing inflammation.
Sometimes local steroid shot helps or you can opt for oral route.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
