Bend in pennis and ED for the last 8 years. Diagnosed as mild prostate enlargement.Cystoscopy done and it is normal.I have urinary frequency and the the urethral force is very weak. But no urgency and waking up in the night.Taking Tamsulosin 0.4 for 10 days whenever there is a severe difficulty while passing urine with unbearable pain in the groin. Kindly advise me a treatment. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The bend in the penis is due to a condition called Peyronie's disease. In this condition, scar tissues/fibrous tissues forms in the penis and can alter the shape. Your urologist can give you options for treatment.

ED is common and has different causes- it can be related to the nerve or blood supply to the penis or due to a hormonal issue or psychological. It can also be a combination. There are medication that would help or other options if the medication is not effective.

I hope this helps.
