General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It might be musculoskeletal causes like carpel tunnel syndrome.
We have to rule out spine related conditions like prolapsed disc also.
As of now consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated. An MRI spine is required for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
