What Causes Severe Pain In The Head After An Injury?

O scared my son earlier and he jumped up and his head hit my chin. He is fine but its hard to open my jaw all the way. The front of my head is pounding and movement makes me ill to my stomach. My pupils are super small and not changing. Should i be concerned?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Better to get done x ray of jaw to rule out internal injury.
If this is normal then no need to worry.
Drink plenty of fluids orally.
Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
You will mostly improve with all these in headache and jaw pain.
If not improving then consult doctor.
Hope I have solved your query. I will I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
