What Causes Severe Pain In The Head Post Injury?

I had a bad fall on the left side of my head in the middle of my head when I was knocked out and broke a terra cotta pot in halp=f. I saw my primary care doctor, but she kind of shrugged it off. Now for the past three weeks I am having terrible pain at the site of the fall which radiates to around to the left side of my face toward, but not on my left eye. Show I have any concerns about this. I am NOT having headaches, these are head pains

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have pain for three weeks as per mentioned history.
So you need to evaluate further with detailed neurological evaluation and if needed CT scan also should be planned just to be sure that it is not anything serious.

Meanwhile, Symptomatic management can be continued.
I suggest you consult to a nearby physician or neurologist whoever available for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
