Hello,
I received your message and read it carefully.
I would like to know if you have experienced any trauma of left foot or heel?
It looks like the pain starts or aggravates when you have a kind of strong activity of feet such as walking or when you start walking after resting.
It can be caused by any neurological problem,
arthritis or infection.
If you also notice swelling,
stiffness,
fever and other unusual symptom, should see your doctor for immediate evaluation.
Otherwise, take care of your heel by resting and stretching regularly. You can use painkillers like nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Wear supportive shoes and you can use supportive devices as well.
Avoid wearing uncomfortable/high heel shoes.
Try to ice your heel three times a day for 15-20 minutes in the case of swelling.
If the symptom of pain persists, please see a doctor for evaluation. If just pain, it has a greater chance to be a neurological trouble. A podiatrist will help you with your case.
Hope it helped
