What Causes Severe Pain In The Hips After Gallbladder Removal?

I had my gall bladder removed due to the gall stones ....though my back pain has gone But now my right hip hurts really bad and the pains keep transferring from right to left and vice versa ....I really don t know the cause for this ..please help me as soon as possible
