What Causes Severe Pain In The Joints With Tenderness In The Feet?

hello, I am suffering from severe pain in my in my joints and my feet are so tender I sometimes cannot step on them. Nothing can touch them especially bed covers. I have stenosis of the neck and back and my Doctors kept telling me this all just nerve pain which I also have. My Mom suggested I had Gout -

Yes, in gout also you will have the same problem, any swelling near joints present?
Any way go for investigations serum uric acid level and confirm it.
