What Causes Severe Pain In The Left Ear While Suffering From Sinusitis?

I have strong pain in my left ear. I ve got acute sinisitis. I was flushing with saline and a few days ago water backed up into my ear it was fine until last night. I can hardly hear in that ear. What can I use to reduce the pain or pressure on that ear.

Pain in the ear associated with sinusitis could be referred pain from sinusitis or ear infection.
Examination of ear is required to confirm the diagnosis.
Please be advised to follow up with an ENT specialist for further management.
