What Causes Severe Pain In The Left Side Of The Chest?
I was woken up last night with severe pain in my left breast and under my arm pit and down the inside of my upper arm - couldn t even lay on that side - dull toothache like pain - was up all night. Didn t bother me today, but now that I am sitting down starting to rest - its starting to hurt again - what could this be?

As per the history of the symptoms, it might be angina.
It would be better if you consult a cardiologist at the earliest.
I would suggest you to get ECG, ECHO, cardiac marker trop T blood test done.
Consult nearby cardiologist with the reports.
