What Causes Severe Pain In The Leg After Total Knee Replacement?

I had total knee replacement 6 weeks ago and have been doing physical therapy 6 visits the last visit they gave me more exercises at 2 and the next day I had a horrible pain in my whole leg it goes for my heel all way up to my site now it s hard for me to put my foot down it feels like plantar fasciitis did I overworked it in physical therapy

Hi,

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan done.
