What Causes Severe Pain In The Legs And Hips?
I am a 59 yr old healthy married woman. 157 lbs newly relocated to FL - retired 1 year Why do I have extreme leg hip feet muscular aches on rising in the morn or when I ve been sitting a while in the car, recliner, or floor? I walk like I am 20 yrs older but eventually I could walk 4 miles without a problem. I cannot tell if it is joint or muscular for certain. Please advise.

It can be a neuropathic pain as in case of a sciatica. Consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated. As of now analgesics like gabapentin can be taken.
