What Causes Severe Pain In The Legs And Low Grade Fever?

Two weeks ago I had a Zometa IV and a proleukin vaccine. I have been suffering with intense pain in my legs and joints since then. It is very difficult for me to walk and have been pretty much bedridden. I was wondering if this could be from poor kidney filtration. Also, been running a low grade fever.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Zomenta may cause hypocalcemia, hypokalemia and hypomagnesemia.

which may lead to musle weakness , muscle cramps and joint pain.

please check your calcium, potacium and magnesium levels.

it may be allergy to the vaccine. Please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
