What Causes Severe Pain In The Legs, Neck And Knees?

Hello good morning I am Amit from kolkata india, My wife age is now 38 years ,she is suffering acute R.A she has suffering by pain in leg, neck ,knee,and both hand finger joint, from last 3/4 months, so at the time of diagnosis, she also did her USG of hole abdomen, because she is suffering often by abdominal pain,she also have a problem of irregular bowels and she loss her appetite and also loss her wait, as a report of USG there is no abnormality, but in the report they said that HETEROGENEOUS PANCREAS . suggest upper G.I . so is there any chance of cancer of pancreas ?
