General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Severe pain in your lower stomach that makes it very hard to breathe is due to possible:
- genital infection: get a vaginal swab testing and abdominal/genital ultrasound done
- colitis or distended bowels

I advise to start with a consultation with gynecologist first to rule out genital infection and hormonal imbalances first. Then, get adequate treatment.

Wish fast recovery.
