What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Constipation?

I began having pretty strong poain in my lower abdomin last night, when laying down, it seems to become less when I am standing or sitting. I took a couple of pain pills last night and today, just feel discomfort when moving, but have slept all day. I have been unable to have a bowel movement, through I feel I need to and want to.

Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are:
• Gentle exercise
• Plenty of fluid
• A high-fiber diet
• OTC (over-the-counter) medication to get rid of constipation includes synthetic fiber, stool softener, and laxatives
• Daily "toilet routine"
