What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen, Penis And Testicle?
I had really sever lower abdominal pain about two weeks ago took over the counter meds thinking it may be a bladder infection. The pain did subside but now comes and goes. I have started to have the pain severally sometimes and other times just discomfort. It has been in my right side back at time and also has shot to my testicals and penis and very occasonally above my belly button but mostly below. I am not sure if I should go to the er as I have an appt. with my primary on tuesday. I have had this for almost a month now.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
