Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Severe pain in lower abdomen after trauma should be followed by an Ultrasound of pelvis to rule out any injury to pelvic organs. Bloating is a separate issue is usually associated with indigestion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
