What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen?
Please help!!! My right side lower stomach hurts so bad. If I hold my urine at all it really causes extreme pain. It mostly goes away after 5 or 6 days but in a few weeks it s back and really bad again. I have noticed that hours before the pain comes (maybe like 10 hours before) I have frequent urination. I m hurting so bad and I m scared. I m 37 years old/female.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. Most probably it will be due to conditions like renal colic. If symptoms persists better to consult a urologist and get evaluated.
