What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

Yes, I have been having a lot of pain in my stomach and it has kept me awake most of the night, I have gotten up every hour. The symptoms that I have are nausea, pain in my lower stomach,sometimes it hurts to go to the bathroom and my back has started to ache and it seems the pain is getting worse, could you tell me what it might be?

It is classical renal colic -pain due to kidney stone you should get your abdomen sonography done & take tab urotone twice a day with syrup cital 2 tsp thrice a day if the stone is less than 10 mm.also take tab hifenac-P for the pain.
