What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I m a male 50 smoker. I m having sever abdominal pain when walking, laying down & random at times. walking increases the frequency of my pain. Lower left, right above the pelvic bone. Eating does not seem to be an issue & I m having regular bowel movements. Appendix was removed 15 years ago. What could this be a sign of? No pain when lifting!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

One possibility is a kidney stone or stone of bladder or urethra. You can do an ultrasound for it.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
