What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I am on Levaquin for bronchial infection day 6 of 7 dose. Iam having severe local pain lower left torso around belt line.It is extremely sensitive to pressure. Anything to worry about. I have many serious medical conditions and am a 70 year old male. Type 2 diabetes,ankylosing spondilytis,Ishemic heart diease to name a few

it can be due to urinary tract infection,gastritis.CUE can be done to rule out UTI..use antacid tablet
