What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Back And Knee?
My Knees have become weak and afraid to bend knees as it hurts every knee move I make. I m 55 years old. My lower back also in certain postures. I think I have cartilege issues and also arthritis. From the Dec 2014 MRI, I know that I have osteoarthritis of shoulder joints / arm cups.

Your symptoms seem to be related to arthritis. I suggest to use anti-inflammatory medications such as naproxen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application. If the symptoms continue I suggest to visit a rheumatologist for further evaluation.
