I am having severe lower right back pain. I went to UC last Friday and they said I had a UTI. I have been on antibiotics since then. However, yesterday, I could hardly move it hurt so bad. It seemed fine during the day and then around 5 PM it started hurting. It is a burning aching pain.

Hi,

It can be from kidney stones and UTI as you are saying. There is nothing to worry complete antibiotic course it will end however if it remains as such then it is definitely to be a case of kidney stones for which you may be required to do an ultrasound.

Wait for few days if pain continues then visit a hospital for further evaluation to rule out the possibility of kidney stones.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
