What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Back?

I have been with nocturnal emission for about 8 years now and about a year ago as I started having sex often .The nocturnal emission stopped and I began having severe complications including stomach discomfort (severe pains at my groin region, my lower abdomen, my left and right Iliac region, flatulence),sever pains at my back(my kidney regions),testes and chest pains. Ultrasound and a couple of tests done revealed nothing. So I didn t know which way to go than to order NF Cure capsules and Shilajit capsules. I started taking the two for some few days now and I am feeling pretty cool but I have this severe pains at my back (kidney regions) as it used to be. It is becoming severe and I don t know what is actually causing it. It really hurts and I need assistance on what to do. Is there anything I need to do before continuing the dosage?. Please help me

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Most probably it will be due to spine related problems like a prolapsed disc.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get an MRI spine for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
