Hello welcome to the health care magic

By car accident your L4 and L5 vertebra affected and bulging disc also present so nerve compression also can be there.. These all contributing in back pain and buttock pain..

MRI spine needed for detail evaluation..

Physiotherapy will be beneficial...

If nerve compression causing pain pregabalin can be prescribed

For pain analgesic can be taken and if spasm present muscle relaxant also prescribed

If no improvement with medication and physiotherapy than doctor will approach surgical management

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult orthopedic surgeon for examination and further work up accordingly
