I have severe muscle and joint pain. Started as swollen feet to knees then shoulders elbows and wrists. The pain moves all over from ankles shoulders wrists etc. The pain is at a 10 when I lay down to sleep. I have had for 7 months blood work is all good except vitiamin D 16 negative for Lyme so far took doxycycline for 3 months at end of month felt good and week later it all came back even worse any ideas of what this is.
