What Causes Severe Pain In The Muscles And Joints?

Doctor. I have severe muscular and joint pain in my ankle and soles. My sugar levels are fine,and no BP problem.My Creatinine level is 1.2. I have consulted my orthopaedic,they had prescribed me .Mcvestin,mioz of, ca learning and D360,along with zyloric.I took these tablets for 5 weeks,it dint help me. Can u prescribed me a medicine
