What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Arm?

I have severe pain in my wrist,hand ,and right arm.I can not twist my arm all the way to the right.I also can not turn a door knob or bend my hand enough to wipe myself.I wake up every morning with it hurting more ,it has been over a week now and is still not batter.What is wrong and what can I do for the pain?

May be possibility of
1.wrist tendonitis : only pain is present it is aggravated on work, need to take rest. Some pain killer may help.

2..carpal tunnel syndrome along with pain(not mentioned your age and gender, and comorbidities,) present with numbness and tingling sensation. This is due to nerve compression.

3 . if you have any history of fall possibly fracture of wrist bone.

Consult your doctor he will advice xray, electro myogram, nerve conduction study.

Medical treatment
1.pain killer like tab. Aceclofenac may help
2.steroids
3.splint
